Individual Therapy

My approach to individual psychotherapy with teens, young, and older adults begins with an understanding and sensibility that each person has a unique history and place in the world. Initial sessions help client’s clarify and define core issues and the impact of coping styles they’ve acquired over time. In later sessions, we develop treatment plans with goals and structured time frames. Ultimately, we work towards successful adjustment and/or resolution to the identified problems.
